Basically, you pay £10 and book a consultation with Kate using the availability on the on-line calendar. You pay the £10 in advance via Paypal.
Kate then comes along to your premises to meet you and chats through the options available and gives you a quote for a regular weekly or fortnightly cleaning service. You’ll discuss how many hours cleaning you want each week and what you’d like including in that time. You’re then booked in as a regular customer.
The great thing is that although you didn’t get any cleaning for your £10, your first week is free! So, whether you agree a 2 hour or 3 hour per week visit on a regular basis, your first week is free (Well, it is the £10 you paid for the consultation)
There’s no obligation so if you decide the service is not for you, you don’t need to book anything and it has only cost you the £10 for the consultation.
